Our Free of Charge Service
Whenever we can recover our costs by selling clearance items, we will make no charge for a house clearance in Nuneaton or surrounding towns and villages.
- We do not cherry pick and leave you with the leftovers - we clear the whole house or part house as required.
- We have our own experienced movers who will clear your property efficiently and respectfully and understand the frequent need for a sympathetic and responsive service.
- We will confirm and agree with you before we start if we need to make a charge for a clearance - which usually only happens in situations where the resale value of items is low and/or disposal costs are high.
‘Green’ House Clearances
We try to do our bit in reducing the volume of rubbish going to landfill sites, we recycle wherever possible and we donate items to charitable organisations where appropriate.
